Moreover, a recent study indicated that high separation anxiety, that is, strong fear of being abandoned or unloved, was associated with better insight as assessed by the IS (França et al, 2020). When combined with our results, insight, especially that assessed with non–face-to-face scales such as the IS, might partially reflect agreeableness or the desire to be accepted by the clinician.…”
