ATS: A Novel Time-Sharing CPU Scheduling Algorithm Based on Features Similarities

Abstract: Minimizing time cost in time-shared operating systems is considered basic and essential task, and it is the most significant goal for the researchers who interested in CPU scheduling algorithms.
