Atomic photoionization dynamics in ultrashort cycloidal laser fields

Abstract: We present numerical simulations of ultrafast multiphoton ionization dynamics in a twodimensional atomic model driven by co-and counterrotating circularly polarized single-color and bichromatic carrier envelope phase (CEP) stable ultrashort laser pulse sequences.
