Atmospheric-pressure plasma treatments applied on titanium dioxide layer for Sb2S3 solar cells applications

Abstract: This work presents the effect of atmospheric-pressure plasma (APP) treatment on mesoporous TiO2 (mp-TiO2) layers for antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) solar cells.
