Abstract:Purpose: The constitutive activation of STAT3 through receptor tyrosine kinases triggered breast cancer cell growth, and invasion-metastasis. Atiprimod impacts anti-proliferative, anti-carcinogenic effects in hepatocellular carcinoma, lymphoma, multiple myeloma via hindering the biological activity of STAT3.
