Asymptotic transversal stability for synchronized attractors in a metapopulation model

Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the synchronization phenomenon for a discrete metapopulation model of multiple species with nonstationary and nonlinear coupling. The model is quite general, but we explore some particular situations of biological interest. In these cases, we obtain sufficient conditions for the transversal asymptotic stability of synchronized attractors. Some numerical results illustrate the theory.
