Asymptomatic Unilateral Primary Adrenal Lymphoma Mimicking a NonFunctioning Adenoma in Adult Male with a Good Outcome

Abstract: Primary adrenal lymphoma (PAL) is a type of extranodal lymphoma that is rarely encountered in clinical settings. It is regarded as a high-grade malignancy with a very poor prognosis. Most PALs are bilateral and hardly unilateral.
