Abstract:An 83-year-old man underwent exercise stress test with single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) myocardial perfusion imaging for new electrocardiogram (EKG) changes. The stress EKG did not show any significant changes. Myocardial perfusion imaging with SPECT demonstrated an inferior wall defect and extracardiac uptake of nuclear tracer. Simultaneous cardiac computed tomography performed for attenuation correction showed presence of intrapericardial hepatic tissue in an anterior diaphragmatic hernia. … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
