Most contextual variables drawn from Destatis. KfS status come official county classification. Mean Native Immigration Attitude is calculated from the G-SOEP. Local Governmental Efficiency comes from Goodman and Ziller (2019). All variables are continuous, except Urban County which is a binary factor that takes on a value of 1 in Urban counties.
