Asuhan Keperawatan Jiwa Pada Ny. K dengan Masalah Halusinasi di Ruangan Kamboja: Studi Kasus

Abstract

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by impaired thought processes and weak emotional responses. One of the symptoms of schizophrenia is auditory hallucinations and low self-esteem. Auditory hallucinations are when the client hears a clear or unclear voice where the voice usually invites the client to speak or do something but is not related to real things that other people cannot hear). The purpose of this writing is to provide mental nursing care to Mrs. K in RSJ. prof.Muhammad IIdrem Medan in the Cambodia Room. The research method uses a case study approach. The subject used was one of the patients at RSJ Prof. Dr.Muhammad Ildrem Medan in the Cambodia Room. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, observation and physical examination. Nursing problems experienced by this patient are auditory hallucinations, low self-esteem, and self-care deficits. With 6 days of management, Mrs. K can control auditory hallucinations by scolding, taking medication regularly, talking to other people, doing scheduled activities. In the case review the evaluation obtained was: The client still listens to whispering voices and the client still seems to be talking to himself, but the patient feels happy and very enthusiastic in carrying out the (SP) given.
