Astroblastoma: a rare case report

Abstract: Background: An astroblastoma is a rare primary glial tumour occurring preferentially in young adults. It is characterised by a perivascular arrangement of tumour cells forming perivascular pseudorosettes mimicking ependymomas. The histogenesis of astroblastoma is unclear.
