Associations of vitamin C status, fruit and vegetable intakes, and markers of inflammation and hemostasis

Abstract: The findings suggest that vitamin C has antiinflammatory effects and is associated with lower endothelial dysfunction in men with no history of cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
