Abstract: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a prevalent condition that affects a significant portion of the global population and imposes a heavy clinical and economic burden. Recent studies have provided substantial evidence linking NAFLD to cardiac electrical abnormalities, including atrial and ventricular arrhythmias, heart blocks, conduction delays, and ECG changes.
