Association of NCAP family genes with prognosis and immune infiltration of human sarcoma

Abstract: Objective: This study was conducted to explore the correlation of NCAP family genes with expression, prognosis, and immune infiltration in human sarcoma. Results: Compared with normal human tissues, six NCAP family genes were highly expressed in sarcoma tissues, and high expression of the six genes were significantly associated with the poor prognosis of sarcoma patients.
