Association of Factor V Leiden G1691a in Women Suffering Repeated Abortions

Abstract: Purpose: To assess the relationship of factor V leiden G1691A mutation as a risk factor for repeated pregnancy loss. The focus has been on factor V leiden G1691A mutation that may predispose women to microthrombosis during the stages of embryo implantation and placentation.
