Abstract: IntroductionBiofilm formation is an important virulence factor of Acinetobacter baumannii. Here, we examined the biofilm formation of archived A. baumannii causing ventilator‐associated pneumonia (VAP).MethodsEighteen and twenty isolates of A. baumannii causing bacteremic pneumonia and non‐bacteremic pneumonia were included, respectively.
