Association of Apolipoprotein E Polymorphisms with White Matter Lesions and Brain Atrophy

Abstract: Objective Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) is mainly synthesized in the liver. So far, it is unknown the relationship among <i>APOE</i> gene polymorphisms and WML, brain atrophy.
