Association between Systolic Blood Pressure Difference ≥10 mm Hg and Ankle-Brachial Index

Abstract: Background: In new outpatients, blood pressure should be measured in both arms. A previous study reported that an inter-arm systolic blood pressure difference (ΔSBP) of ≥10 mm Hg is associated with an increased risk of mortality.
