Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between the Systemic Immune-Inflammation Index (SII) and Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM) Syndrome and its components. Data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2001 to 2018 were analyzed. CKM Syndrome is defined as the coexistence of Cardiometabolic Syndrome (CMS) and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
