Abstract:Background
Maternal ethnicity, prepregnancy diabetes, and preconception folic acid intake, are all associated with increased risk of neural tube defects in the United States. We assessed the association between prepregnancy diabetes and preconception folic acid use by Hispanic ethnicity.
