Association Between HLA-B Polymorphisms and Autism Spectrum Disorder in Chinese Population

Abstract: Objectives:The aim of this study was to investigate the association between 2 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of HLA-B and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods: We enrolled 84 ASD and 182 healthy children in case-control study, and 67 family trios in family-based study.
