Abstract: Background To investigate the correlation between albumin-corrected anion gap(ACAG) within the first 24 hours of admission and in-hospital mortality in trauma patients in intensive care unit(ICU). Materials and methods We utilized the MIMIC-Ⅲ and MIMIC-Ⅳ databases to examine trauma patients admitted to the ICU.
