Abstract:Background:Nimodipine is a calcium channel blocker indicated for the management of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Oral nimodipine has rarely been implicated in the development of acute colonic pseudo-obstruction in patients treated for SAH.
