Abstract:Salicylic acid (SA), a signaling molecule is known to affect various physiological processes like growth and development, photosynthesis, absorption and translocation of assimilates etc. Therefore, an experiment was conducted to study the effect of salicylic acid on assimilate partitioning and yield of rice.
