Assessment of women involvement in catfish (Clarias gariepinus) processing and preservation in Ijebu-Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State, Nigeria

Abstract: This study assessed the activities of women in processing and preservation of catfish in Ijebu-Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State. A three-stage random sampling technique was employed to select a total of 120 respondents for the study. The data collected were analysed with both descriptive statistics and correlation model.
