Abstract: The highly aggressive nature of glioblastoma (GBM) leads to a dismal prognosis, and alternative therapies are being sought. Immunotherapy, such as the Dendritic Cell (DC) vaccine, is currently being evaluated for recurrent GBMs in clinical trials.
