Assessment of the influence of selected stress factors on the growth and survival of Listeria monocytogenes

Abstract: Background Listeria monocytogenes are Gram-positive rods, which are the etiological factor of listeriosis. L. monocytogenes quickly adapts to changing environmental conditions.
