Abstract:This investigation evaluates the influence of surface quality on the bending fatigue strength of Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) Ultra-High-Strength (UHS) steel, The study is focused on structural integrity, hardness, surface roughness, tensile strength, and bending fatigue performance.
