Assessment of the effect of urban infrastructure as a tool for enhancing the values of residential property in Akure

Abstract: The study is aimed at investigating the effect of urban infrastructure as a tool for enhancing residential property values in Isolo/Araromi/Odokoyi and Irowo/Odige/Odopetu in Akure. The sampling frame of the houses in the study area was 412 and 405 respectively. However, Kothari formula was used to arrive at a sample size of 280 in Isolo/Araromi/Odokoyi and 289 Irowo/Odige/Odopetu for the study.
