Abstract: Background: Acute Calcular Cholecystitis (A.C) is inflammation of the gallbladder and is the most common complication of gallstones, requiring hospital admission and prompt intervention. Its Symptoms include right upper abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and occasionally fever.
