Abstract: Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore and evaluate the characteristics and quality of infant and maternal sleep (total sleep time, sleep efficiency, and wakefulness after sleep onset) using an actigraph.Methods: The characteristics and quality of sleep were assessed in 22 dyads of mothers and infants aged 3–12 months.
