Assessment of Right Ventricular Systolic and Diastolic Parameters in Pulmonary Sarcoidosis

Abstract: The clinical manifestations of cardiac involvement are seen in about 5% of patients with sarcoidosis; however, the incidence of cardiac involvement is higher in the autopsy series.
