Abstract:ObjectivePostradiation nasopharyngeal necrosis (PRNN) frequently develops after second‐course radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). PRNN can lead to internal carotid artery (ICA) massive hemorrhage due to ICA rupture, resulting in sudden death.
