Abstract:Co-precipitation, a minimal technique, was used to successfully create novel (Cr, Cu) dual-doped ZnO nanoparticles (NPs). X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersion X-ray (EDX) analysis, scanning electron microscopes (SEM), and UV-visible absorption spectra had been used to characterize the produced nanoparticle. The produced NPs have a hexagonal wurtzite structure with a high phase purity, according to the XRD pattern. the substitution of Cr increased optical absorption and inducing new absorption peaks in th… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
