Assessment of Potentially Inappropriate Medications and Prescription Appropriateness in Geriatics at Teritiary Care Hospital

Abstract: Background: Elder people are a diversified group commonly presenting with multiple comorbid illnesses resulting into multiple prescriptions which in turn increases adverse effects and polypharmacy.
