Assessment of Physician Well-being, Part One: Burnout and Other Negative States

Abstract: Physician well-being is a complex and multifactorial issue. A large number of tools have been developed in an attempt to measure the nature, severity, and impact of both burnout and well-being in a range of clinical populations.
