Assessment of Pesticide Toxicity in Selected Pakistani Fruits

Abstract: Persistent organic pollutants and heavy metals are damaging the environment. Crops and fields are destroyed by the seepage of heavy metals from untreated industrial waste. The burning and incineration of a variety of items also contributes to main and secondary emissions of pollutants.
