Abstract:Introduction. Improving the quality of provided services and increasing patient satisfaction in medical facilities is an undoubted challenge for health care institutions in Poland. A high level of nursing care increases the efficiency of the treatment process, reduces the costs of health care units and affects the patient’s sense of satisfaction and contentment.
Aim. The aim of this paper was to assess the level of satisfaction with nursing care using the Newcastle scale.
