Abstract: 77 Background: Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) is a conserved cell surface protein in PC and is used for targeted imaging and therapeutics. Antibodies circulate longer than small molecules and are less likely to reach luminal PSMA on normal organs.
