Therefore, so, mother requires receiving extensive training skills, knowledge , instructions about the child's care, and guidance about proper nutrition, exercise ,sun protection, , vaccination, and management of comorbid conditions, which leading to better self efficacy and quality of life for mothers and improve child's health outcomes (7) .
