Assessment of Left Ventricular Function Using 12-Lead Ecg and Cardiac Troponin-T in Correlation With 2d-Echo Following New-Onset Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: Left ventricular function is the best individual predictor of mortality after acute myocardial infarction. After Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI), a patient's prognosis is closely related to the extent of irreversibly damaged myocardium.
