Assessment of HIV/AIDS Service Quality Using SERVQUAL Model in Iran: A Cross-sectional Study

Abstract: Background: This study aimed to evaluate the quality of services provided in Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) centers from the perspective of clients.
