Assessment of Heart Rate Variability in Children with Cancer after Elevated Cumulative Anthracycline Dose: A Prospective Study

Abstract: Objective: Anthracyclines which are the main drug of chemotherapy protocols had cardiotoxicity as the most frequent and well-known side effect.
