Assessment of haematological, histopathological, and serum biochemical responses in Oreochromis niloticus (L.) upon dietary florfenicol administration

Abstract: Oreochromis niloticus is imperative in Indian aquaculture attributing to a significant portion of culture fisheries after carps. This study assessed the serum biochemical, haematological, and histopathological changes in O. niloticus juveniles upon dietary administration of florfenicol (FFC) at 15 mg/kg biomass/day (1X) and 45 mg/kg biomass/day (3X) for 10 consecutive days and compared with control.
