Abstract: Purpose This study aimed to assess safety and efficacy of a modified KEYNOTE 522 protocol, which incorporated pembrolizumab every 6 weeks, allowing for concomitant dose-dense (14 day) doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide (ddAC).
