Abstract:Aim:To investigated the mechanism of Chloroethylnitrosoureas (CENUs) leading to secondary tumors after therapy, three kinds of CENUs, namely, Nimustine (ACNU), Carmustine (BCNU) and Semustine (MeCCNU) were used to investigated drug-induced DNA interstrand crosslinks(ICLs).
