Assessment of clients with cognitive impairments: A survey of Norwegian occupational therapists in municipal practice

Abstract: Background: With the Coordination Reform Act initiated in 2012, Norwegian occupational therapists in municipal practice have been given responsibilities concerning clients with cognitive impairments.
