Abstract: The present article targeted to biosynthesis and description of copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) using probiotic isolate and assessment the antibacterial, cytotoxicity of these NPs and its effect on wound heals. The CuO NPs are biosynthesized using probiotic isolate identified as Bacillus cereus. These CuO NPs are characterized using UV, FT-IR, Zeta and TEM.
