Purpose Spiritual inherited employees quickly shift to new changes that occur very quickly in our daily lives in different ways. We are inspired by the dynamic changes in our daily lives due to the Covid 19 situation, an urgent need to specify the shift from the traditional approach to the agile approach during a pandemic. This study aimed to figure out the effect of workplace spirituality on workforce agility; further, this study underpinning spillover theory to examine the role of job involvement as a mediator. Methods This study investigates a sample of 236 teaching and administrative staff working in public sector institutes located in Peshawar, Pakistan. For data analysis, we used SPSS v. 25, and for model fitness, we used AMOS version 22. Furthermore, we used Process Hayes (Model 4) to test the theoretical model and research hypothesis for mediation. Results This unique study offers a paradigm in which spirituality in the workplace substantially influences the agility of teaching and administrative professionals by positively mediating the effects of job involvement. Discussion An in-depth examination of the literature showed that no prior research had studied the connection between WPS, job involvement, and workforce agility. Furthermore, there is very little research regarding WPS and its connection with other components in the Covid 19 scenario. The current study was a modest attempt to address this gap in the literature. This research has succeeded in making substantial additions to management literature.

BACKGROUND: Organizational health (OH) is an organizational aspect in which staff is encouraged to be clearly involved and participate in decision-making, problem solving, and collaborating to improve organizational climate and culture. Multilevel staff involvement facilitates strengthened relationships, open communication, trust, and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to find components of OH for small-sized health-care organizations. METHODS: A systematic review across three key databases by using an extensive list of keywords components and interventions was conducted. This survey included studies that explored various OH elements, components and interventions. RESULTS: It comprises 34 full-text studies from 221 received studies. Afterward, the OH elements were classified into three main categories (OH elements, organizational health literacy, and organizational health interventions). Then, according to the reviewed data, 23 dimensions were defined similarly for all groups of studies and relevant explanations related to them were reported. CONCLUSION: The OH encompasses multiple dimensions. Empirical research is required for designing a questionnaire according to the final extracted components and measuring its validation in small-sized health organizations.
The Covid-19 pandemic forced institutions of higher education to adopt agile leadership behaviors. The current research aims to examine how the leadership at the Ohalo teacher training college in Israel dealt with the crisis caused by the pandemic. The research hypothesis, predicting a positive relationship between the college leadership’s decisions and lecturers’ positive evaluations regarding these decisions, was confirmed. Previous research has given scant attention to the relationship between running an academic institution and applying principles of adaptive leadership during a crisis. This article presents a case study of adaptive leadership at an academic institution during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusions suggest that ensuring the continued functioning of an organization during a crisis requires skills and competencies reflecting multifaceted and adaptive leadership, agility, and direct channels of reciprocal, cooperative communication. Opportunities for initiative taking should be provided, and a consistent policy must be maintained that aims to “flatten the hierarchy curve.”
