Assessing the sustainable food system in Thailand under uncertainties: governance, distribution and storage drive technological innovation

Abstract: This study contributes to the assessment of the sustainable food system in Thailand, showing that governance, distribution and storage lead to technological innovation under uncertainties. Prior studies to evaluate attributes of the sustainable food system under uncertainties are lacking.
